Yes. In both GTA V for PS5 and RDR2, as soon as a cheat is active, mission saving is blocked and PlayStation trophies are disabled for the session. Reading a DualSense Combination Without Mistakes

This is the main source of error on PS5: cheats are entered with the face buttons and triggers, never the stick. Here is the exact correspondence between the published symbols and the PS5 controller buttons.
