What properties are confirmed in GTA 6?
To date, four properties have been identified: the Leonida Keys safehouse (Jason's initial home, loaned by the trafficker Brian Heder), the Starlet Motel in Port Gellhorn (seen in the first trailer), the Shore Court garage on Shore Drive in Ocean Beach (Vintage Vice City Pack pre-order bonus), and the Paradise Garage in Watson Bay (exclusive to the Ultimate Edition). Both garages include a weapon locker and a sell point for stolen goods.
Find the ultimate guide to GTA 6 properties: safehouses, purchasable homes, businesses, and everything we know about the real estate market in Vice City and the State of Leonida.

Jason's house in the Leonida Keys, seen in Trailer 2 – Rockstar Games
Confirmed Property
For now, only one property has been clearly shown in official material from Rockstar Games:

Leonida Keys Safehouse
Location: Key Lento, Leonida Keys
Owner: Brian Heder (drug trafficker)
Unlock: Initial safehouse for Jason
Price: Free (in exchange for services)
Jason lives here for free in exchange for his help with Brian Heder's business, specifically collecting payments from other tenants. After getting out of prison, Lucia moves in with Jason, and they live together from then on.
Over the course of the game, Jason and Lucia will certainly expand their influence throughout Vice City and the state of Leonida, unlocking many more safehouses in the process.

Expected Property Types
Safehouses
Classic save points, outfit changes, vehicle storage. Some are unlocked through the story, others are purchasable.
Apartments and Villas
Urban residences in Vice City or luxury seaside villas. Interior customization and panoramic ocean views.
Businesses and Enterprises
Legal and illegal businesses that generate passive income: nightclubs, car dealerships, drug trafficking, restaurants.
Garages and Workshops
Vehicle storage and customization. Garages of various sizes to house your collection.
Purchase and Customization
🏠 Can you buy properties?
Although Rockstar hasn't officially confirmed property purchases, all signs point to their return — in a more advanced form than ever. The series has always offered real estate, from the assets in GTA Vice City to the businesses in GTA V and GTA Online.
🔧 Renovation and Maintenance
The trailer shows Jason repairing his house, suggesting new renovation mechanics. We might have to maintain, upgrade, and customize our properties — a deeper system than the simple purchase/decoration of GTA Online.
💰 Businesses and Passive Income
Purchasable properties will likely include safehouses and businesses that generate passive income. As in GTA Vice City and GTA V, owning a business will be essential to finance heists and the luxurious Vice City lifestyle.
🎨 Interior Customization
Rumors mention a system of interior decoration: choosing furniture, decorations, and equipment. A system inspired by what's seen in GTA Online but integrated directly into story mode, adapted to the Vice City lifestyle.
Properties in the History of GTA
GTA Vice City (2002)
First GTA to offer purchasable businesses that generate income. Assets like the Malibu Club, the print works, and the ice cream factory.
GTA San Andreas (2004)
Safehouses distributed across 3 cities. Ability to gamble in casinos and manage gang territories.
GTA IV (2008)
Safehouses unlocked through the story in different Liberty City neighborhoods. A more realistic and urban system.
GTA V (2013)
Over 12 purchasable properties in story mode: cinemas, a marina, an airport, bars. Passive weekly income.
GTA Online (2013-2025)
The most comprehensive system: apartments, garages, bunkers, hangars, nightclubs, submarines. Hundreds of properties.
